He has worked with "Sketches" Jazz, Marcus Johnson, Bobby Lyle, Davie Yarborough, Rob Seals and many international recording artists and his performance schedule has taken him throughout the U.S. and as far as South Korea.

NEW:  Romero is currently working on a movie called Painted Smile's, A House of Culture Production In association with Sunjada production, Drumtalk39 Entertainment/TruSounds Recording studio and Visual jazz Media Group. Wyatt is the Sound designer, editing Engineer, sound effects supervisor and the one of the music supervisors, as well as music score artist.   Several of Romero's songs are in the movie such as: Time To Go, Deep Within (CD) taste, Aaaaah Latey (CD - for the restaurant scene - 55 on the park closing credits - R maxing space), and Time (from his upcoming CD which- no release date yet).

"CROWNS":  The Washington Post writes "this gospel-infused musical has become the most successful show...in the 44 years of the (Washington D.C. Arena Stage) Kreeger" theater. Kristin Everitt-Adcock of Toronto Stage writes: Added to the experience is percussionist Romero Wyatt, whose obvious display of love and enthusiasm for his art is contagious as he performed drumming, stomping, clapping, and dancing. A few numbers were sung without any accompaniment other than Romero's genius, yet were more moving than the addition of instruments".

Dinah Was

The high price of fame is revealed in this roof-raising and soul-stirring portrait of American blues legend Dinah Washington. In 1959, "The Queen of the Blues" fights for her rights in the lobby of Las Vegas' Sahara Hotel where she is scheduled to perform, but where she is not allowed to stay. Memories of her life and loves are brilliantly woven together with live performances of her classic hits including "What A Diff'rence A Day Makes," "I Wanna Be Loved" and "Come Rain or Come Shine."
